乡村中医药适应性人才培养“雅安模式”研究与实践

Research and Practice of the"Ya'an Model"for the Cultivation of Adaptive Talents of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Rural Areas

近年来,我国基层医疗卫生服务能力得到迅速提升。由于城乡发展不平衡等原因导致乡村中医药人才匮乏,人才适应性不足,可持续发展困难。同时,医学院校传统的培养模式已不能满足基层岗位需求。在雅安市政府领导下,雅安职业技术学院前期探索构建了“定向招生、定向培养、定向就业、政府补贴、学费返还、乡编村用”的基层农村医学生人才培养的“雅安模式”。2016年来,以雅安市中医学定向生培养为载体,本校创新了“乡编村用、定向培养、师承融入”的乡村中医药适应性人才培养模式改革,有效推进了基层卫生人才培养模式改革,为基层卫生人才培养提供了经验借鉴。

In recent years,the capacity of grassroots medical and health services in my country has been rapidly improved.Due to the unbalanced development of urban and rural areas,there is a shortage of rural Chinese medicine talents,insufficient adaptability of talents,and difficulties in sustainable development.At the same time,the traditional training mode of medical colleges can no longer meet the needs of grassroots positions.Under the leadership of the Ya'an Municipal Government,Ya'an Vocational and Technical College has explored and established the"Ya'an Model"of grass-roots rural medical student talent training in the early stage of"targeted enrollment,targeted training,targeted employment,government subsidies,tuition refund,and township and village use".Since 2016,based on the training of oriented students of traditional Chinese medicine in Ya'an City,the school has innovated the reform of the rural traditional Chinese medicine adaptive talent training model of"rural organization,directional training,and integration of teachers and students",which has effectively promoted the reform of the grassroots health personnel training model,providing experience and reference for the cultivation of grassroots health personnel.
