护理流程管理对儿童康复科分诊护理工作质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Nursing Process Management on the Quality of Triage Nursing Care in a Pediatric Rehabilitation Department

目的对护理流程管理应用于儿童康复科分诊护理影响工作质量情况进行分析。方法选择2020年7月—2022年8月期间在枣庄市妇幼保健院儿童康复科任职的30名护理人员为研究对象,依照随机数表法分成对照组和研究组,各15名。对照组行常规管理,研究组基于常规管理,增加护理流程管理,对比两组护理人员护理质量评分、对工作认知水平和工作满意度。结果研究组护理人员文书书写、查房管理、风险预估、风险控制、问题自查、护患交流、应急管理和问题总结等方面的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员在管理制度、考核制度、排班制度、奖励制度、会议制度和人力资源管理制度等方面的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员工作满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理流程管理可有效改善儿科康复科护理流程,提高护理人员护理质量,减少风险事件和并发症,增强护理人员工作满意度,有巨大应用价值。

Objective To analyze how the application of nursing process management to triage care in a pediatric rehabilitation unit affects the quality of work.Methods Thirty nursing staff who worked in the Children's Rehabilitation Department of Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 15 nurses in each group.The control group underwent routine management,while the research group added nursing process management based on routine management.The nursing quality scores,job cognition levels,and job satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results The scores of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the control group in terms of document writing,ward round management,risk estimation,risk control,problem self-examination,nurse patient communication,emergency management,and problem summary,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff in the research group scored higher than the control group in terms of management system,assessment system,scheduling system,reward system,meeting system,and human resource management system,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The job satisfaction rate of nursing staff in the research group was 93.33%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing process management can effectively improve the nursing process in pediatric rehabilitation department,improve the quality of nursing care for nursing staff,reduce risky events and complications,and enhance the job satisfaction of nursing staff,which has great application value.
