ICU护士分层管理在防控护理风险中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of ICU Nurses'Stratified Management in Preventing and Controlling Nursing Risks

目的探讨在ICU护理风险防控期间ICU护士分层管理方式应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年5月安丘市人民医院的30名ICU护士作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法作为分组依据,其中施以传统管理的设为参照组(n=15);施以分层管理的设为研究组(n=15)。对比两组护士工作质量评分、管理满意度评分以及职业倦怠发生率。结果研究组护士服务态度、工作热情、操作熟练水平、服务效能以及日均工作时间评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护士管理细节、管理合理性、管理人性化以及管理效果评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护士职业倦怠发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU护士分层管理方式的有效应用,可将护士的工作质量显著提升,将护理人员的管理满意度显著提高,并且可将护士职业倦怠发生率显著降低,获得理想护理风险防控管理效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of applying ICU nurses'stratified management approach during ICU nursing risk prevention and control.Methods Thirty ICU nurses from Anqiu People's Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and the coin toss method was used as the grouping basis,with traditional management being used as the reference group(n=15).The research group was established with hierarchical management(n=15).Compare the work quality scores,management satisfaction scores,and incidence of occupational burnout between two groups of nurses.Results The service attitude,work enthusiasm,proficiency level,service efficiency,and average daily working time scores of the research group nurses were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing management details,rationality,humanization,and effectiveness scores of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of occupational burnout among nurses in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of ICU nurses'hierarchical management can significantly improve the quality of nurses'work,significantly increase the nursing staff's management satisfaction,and significantly reduce the incidence of nurses'burnout,obtaining ideal nursing risk prevention and control management effects.
