摘要
目的探讨护士分层护理方式在妇产科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年7月—2022年6月泰安市妇幼保健院的20名妇产科护理人员作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法分为两组,每组10名。施以常规传统管理的设为参照组,施以护士分层护理管理的设为研究组。对比两组妇产科护理人员护理工作质量评分、护理人员综合能力评分以及护理管理总满意度。结果研究组特一级护理评分、知识知晓评分、安全管理评分、基础护理评分、文书记录评分、急救用物管理评分以及感染管理评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组带教能力评分以及临床护理能力评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理管理总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层管理方式于妇产科护理管理中的有效应用,可显著提升妇产科护理人员的护理工作质量以及综合能力,从而获得较高的护理管理满意度。
Objective To explore the value of a stratified care approach for nurses in the management of obstetrics and gynecology care.Methods From July 2020 to June 2022,20 obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by coin tossing method,with 10 in each group.The routine traditional management was set in the reference group,and the hierarchical nursing management of nurses was set in the study group.The quality score of nursing work,the comprehensive ability score of nursing staff and the total satisfaction of nursing management were compared between the two groups.Results The special first-level nursing score,knowledge awareness score,safety management score,basic nursing score,document record score,emergency supplies management score and infection management score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching ability score and clinical nursing ability score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing management in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of nurse hierarchical management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management can significantly improve the quality of nursing work and the comprehensive ability of obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff,so as to obtain a high degree of nursing management satisfaction.
