摘要
目的探究智能信息化手术室护理管理的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院手术室医护人员20名为研究对象,于2022年1—12月实施智能信息化手术室护理管理,2021年1—12月为常规管理,实施前后人员无变动,将两组手术准备质量、护理工作质量、手术室护理效率指标进行对比。结果实施后护理人员手术准备质量评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后护理人员护理工作质量优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后护理人员手术室护理效率指标优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室管理中应用智能信息化管理方式,可以提高手术准备质量、护理工作质量,提高护理效率,让更多患者受益。
Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent information-based nursing management in operating room.Methods 20 medical staff in the operating room of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.From January to December 2022,intelligent information based nursing management in the operating room was implemented,while from January to December 2021,it was a routine management.There were no changes in personnel before and after implementation.The quality of surgical preparation,nursing work,and operating room nursing efficiency indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation,the nursing staff's surgical preparation quality score was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of nursing work among nursing staff after implementation was better than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,the nursing efficiency indicators of the operating room for nursing staff were better than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent information-based nursing management in operating room can improve the quality of operation preparation and nursing work,improve nursing efficiency,and benefit more patients.
