国内综合医院全科医学培训现状探讨与展望

Exploration and Prospect of the Current Situation of General Practice Training in General Hospitals in China

全科医学是我国正处于不断蓬勃发展的一个新兴的临床二级学科,其范围涵盖各种常见病及多发病的诊疗、预防保健、慢性病管理等连续性医疗服务。近年来我国全科医学培训取得的成绩有目共睹,在体制机制等方面仍有部分不成熟。考虑到全科医学这一学科的特殊性,全科医生需要掌握的医学专业知识和素养也更为广泛,培养方式也应与专科医生不同。本文结合近年来国内外全科医生的培养现状,指出目前国内全科医学培训面临的挑战和问题,并针对这些挑战提出了相应启示与建议,旨在能通过培训的进一步系统化和规范化,提升全科医学培训的综合效果。

General practice is an emerging clinical secondary discipline that is constantly thriving in China,covering the diagnosis and treatment of various common and frequently occurring diseases,preventive healthcare,chronic disease management,and other continuous medical services.In recent years,the achievements of general practice training in China are evident,but there are still some immature institutional mechanisms.Considering the particularity of the subject of general practice,general practitioners need to master a wider range of medical professional knowledge and literacy,and their training methods should also be different from those of specialized physicians.This article combines the current training status of general practitioners both domestically and internationally in recent years,points out the challenges and problems faced by general practitioner training in China,and proposes corresponding insights and suggestions to address these challenges.The aim is to further systematize and standardize training to enhance the comprehensive effectiveness of general practitioner training.
