公立医院老年志愿者服务管理模式的探讨

摘要 针对公立医院老年志愿者参加志愿服务现状,运用数据分析法和访谈法,汇总相关不足及其影响因素。现阶段公立医院退休职工参加老年志愿服务动力、志愿服务时长、志愿服务管理能力处于较低水平,其中社会家庭因素、服务保障体系、志愿服务氛围是影响公立医院退休志愿服务参与率的主要因素。通过规范公立医院老年志愿者服务管理,优化供需对应,创新服务管理模式,加大宣传力度,提高公立医院老年志愿服务参与率。 For the current situation of elderly volunteers'participation in volunteer service in public hospitals,data analysis method and interview method are used to summarize the relevant deficiencies and their influencing factors.At this stage,the motivation of retired public hospital workers to participate in senior volunteer service,volunteer service hours,and volunteer service management ability are at a low level,in which social and family factors,service guarantee system,and volunteer service atmosphere are the main factors affecting the participation rate of retired volunteer service in public hospitals.By standardizing the management of elderly volunteer services in public hospitals,optimizing the correspondence between supply and demand,innovating the service management mode,and increasing publicity,the participation rate of elderly volunteer services in public hospitals can be improved.
