摘要
为优化公路工程疲劳性能,使用SBS改性沥青、矿料、玄武岩纤维制备纤维增强复合材料,采用马歇尔试验方法分析不同配合比条件下玄武岩纤维增强复合材料的性能。马歇尔试验分析结果显示:矿料初始级配的初始油石比为6.0%,玄武岩纤维质量分数、SBS改性沥青质量分数分别为0.35%、4.55%时,玄武岩纤维增强复合材料的性能最优;将其制备为玄武岩纤维增强复合材料模板后用于公路路面养护,在多种应变工况中,公路路面疲劳寿命次数变多,劲度模量变大。由此证明,玄武岩纤维增强复合材料模板具备优化公路工程的抗疲劳性能,延长沥青路面应用寿命的能力。
To optimize the fatigue performance of highway engineering,SBS modified asphalt,mineral material and basalt fibers were used to prepare fiber reinforced composites.Marshall test method was used to analyze the properties of basalt fibers reinforced composites under different mix ratio conditions.The Marshall test analysis results show that the initial oil stone ratio of the initial gradation of the mineral material is6.0%,and the basalt fibers reinforced composite material has the best performance when the mass fraction of basalt fibers and SBS modified asphalt is 0.35% and 4.55%,respectively.It is prepared into basalt fibers reinforced composite templates and used for highway pavement maintenance,under various strain conditions,the fatigue life of highway pavement increases and the stiffness modulus increases.This proves that basalt fibers reinforced composite templates have the ability to optimize the fatigue resistance of highway engineering and prolong the application life of asphalt pavement.
