With the innovation of science and technology,the construction industry has transformed from a traditional,single,and extensive construction concept to an intensive era that pursues energy conservation,efficiency,and comprehensive benefits.This article analyzes the difficulties of a large exhibition project in the airport economic zone of Beijing Daxing International Airport(Langfang),including super-large space,aloft work,cross construction,and short construction period.Through innovative organizational management as well as effective solutions and guarantee measures,the project is ensured to be delivered and used on time and with high quality,achieving a win-win situation of both short construction period and high-quality construction at the same frequency.
