摘要 嗜黏蛋白阿克曼菌(Akkermansia muciniphila,AKK)作为近年来研究的下一代益生菌,具有广泛的应用前景,研究表明其可以改善包括脂肪肝、肥胖在内的代谢疾病和炎症性肠病等多种疾病。然而,对AKK的研究主要集中在人与模型动物上,而在畜禽方面的研究仍不够深入,本文综述了近年来AKK在脂肪肝病、肥胖、糖尿病等代谢性疾病以及肠道疾病方面的研究,为推进AKK在畜禽代谢紊乱、肠道疾病中的研究及应用提供参考。 Akkermansia muciniphila(A.muciniphila)as the next generation probiotics studied in recent years,has a wide range of application prospects.Studies have shown that A.muciniphila can improve diseases inclu-ding fatty liver,obesity and inflammatory bowel disease.However,the research on A.muciniphila mainly fo-cuses on humans and model animals,while the research on livestock and poultry is still not in-depth enough,this paper focus on the mechanism of A.muciniphila in recent years in metabolic diseases such as fatty liver dis-ease,obesity,diabetes,intestinal barrier destruction and intestinal inflammation,aiming to promote the re-search and application of A.muciniphila in livestock and poultry production metabolic disorders and intestinal diseases to provide reference.
