摘要
烟草行业对于卷烟成品的外观质量具有较高的要求,卷烟外观方面检验仍主要依靠人工目测,但是目前卷烟物理检验师考评外观检验一致性检验缺少直观量化的数理评价指标及方法,因此提出Kappa系数在卷烟外观检验一致性评价中的应用思路。以GB 5606.3—2005《卷烟第3部分:包装、卷制技术要求及贮运》中的5项箱装外观质量指标,7项条状装外观质量指标,13项盒装外观质量指标,13项烟支外观质量指标为研究对象,设计3个方案,选择5名具有从业资质和工作经验的卷烟检验员进行外观检验一致性试验,并使用Minitab软件分析检验员的Kappa值,重点研究样品设计中外观质量指标有定量要求和无定量指标仅为定性描述的样品占比对Kappa值的影响。结果表明,样品方案中有定量要求的指标样品占比多时,方案越简单,检验员的Kappa系数越大,无定量要求仅为定性描述要求的指标样品占比多时,方案越难,检验员的Kappa系数越小。Kappa系数一致性检验可直观量化检验员外观检验的重现性、再现性、准确性等指标,有利于质量风险管控。
The tobacco industry has higher requirements for the appearance quality of cigarette products,and cigarette appearance inspectionmainly depends on manual visual inspection,but at present,cigarette physical inspectors lack intuitive and quantitative mathematical evaluation indexes and methods for external light inspection consistency inspection,so the application idea of Kappa coefficient in cigarette appearance inspection consistency evaluation is put forward.Taking 5 items of package appearance quality index,7 items of strip package appearance quality index,13 items of box appearance quality index and 13 items of cigarette appearance quality index in GB 5606.3-2005,Cigarettes,Part 3:"Packaging,Rolling Technical Requirements and Storage and Transportation"as the research object,three schemes were designed,and 5 cigarette inspectors with professional qualifications and working experience were selected for appearance inspection consistency test.Using Minitab software,this paper analyzes the examiner's Kappa value,focusing on the impact of the proportion of samples with quantitative requirements and no quantitative index only qualitative description on the Kappa value in sample design.The results show that when there are more quantitative index samples in the sample scheme,the simpler the scheme is,the larger the Kappa coefficient of the inspector is,and the more difficult the scheme is,the smaller the Kappa coefficient of the inspector is.The consistency test of Kappa coefficient can directly quantify the reproducibility,re-occurrence and accuracy of the inspector's vision,which is beneficial to quality risk control.
