调度自动化仿真测试智慧化管理装置研制与实现

摘要 为进一步推动浙江电网调度自动化仿真测试中心数字化转型和管理模式变革,该文以仿真测试中心的培训建设为基础,借助大数据、物联网及人工智能等新一代信息技术,遵循可用性、实用性及可演化性原则,研制并实现一种调度自动化仿真测试智慧化管理装置。该智慧化管理装置包括集中办公人员座位、餐饮及住宿等事项预约和签到考勤,管理员座位管理、数据统计等功能,能够实现信息展示及操作交互的动态化管理,克服传统办公模式的缺陷。智慧化管理装置的应用,能够有效推动仿真测试中心提高工作运行效率,减少人力资源浪费,从而进一步夯实浙江电网数字化转型基础。 In order to further promote the digital transformation and management mode reform of Zhejiang Power grid dispatching automation simulation test Center,this paper developed and implemented an intelligent management device for dispatching automation simulation test based on the training construction of the simulation test center,with the help of new generation information technologies such as big data,Internet of Things and artificial intelligence,and in accordance with the principles of availability,practicability and evolution.The intelligent management device includes the functions of centralized office seating,catering,accommodation and other matters such as booking and attendance,management personnel seating management,data statistics,etc.,which can realize dynamic management of information display and operation interaction,and overcome the defects of traditional office mode.The application of intelligent management device can effectively promote the simulation test center to improve the work efficiency,reduce the waste of human resources,and further consolidate the foundation of digital transformation of Zhejiang power grid.
