There are some problems in the taxi industry in Chibei District of Changbai Mountains,such as insufficient supply of transport capacity and opaque charges.The current data of economy,population and transportation in Chibei District of Changbai Mountains are collected,and the scale of taxi capacity is predicted.According to different situations,the empty driving rate method and multi-objective programming model are used to predict taxi capacity demand.From the aspects of transport capacity and management,this paper puts forward the management strategy of taxi under realistic conditions.
