突发公共卫生事件数据共享与预警决策系统研究

摘要 利用传染病预警技术来监测突发公共卫生事件的暴发趋势并及时准确预警,是早期风险防控的关键。该文以医院医疗信息为原始数据,探析患者的人口统计学特征、症候群特征以及其他敏感医疗特征,设计基于事件演化动态适应性建模的疫情风险预警算法。同时,融合风险预警模型与区块链技术,构建基于区块链的数据共享和预警决策系统。该系统利用区块链技术实现数据的安全存储和共享交换,结合智能合约和联邦学习实现分布式风险预警和共识决策。实验证明,该文所设计的风险预警决策系统能够在保护患者隐私的前提下,兼顾预警准确性和及时性要求,有效改进传染病风险预警和融合决策的性能。 The key of early prevention and control of infectious diseases is to use the early warning technology and system to monitor the abnormal occurrence and trend of infectious diseases.Based on the hospital data,this paper analyzes the patient demographics,syndromic features,and other sensitive medical characteristics,proposes an infectious disease risk warning algorithm based on dynamic adaptive modeling of event evolution,and constructs an infectious disease risk early warning and data sharing system based on blockchain technology.The proposed system realizes the safe storage and sharing of data throuth the blockchain technology,and combines smart contracts and federal learning to realize distributed risk warning and consensus decision making.The experiments demonstrate that the proposed risk warning model can improve infectious disease risk warning and fusion decision making by taking into account the requirements of warning accuracy and timeliness while protecting patient privacy.
