数控CAM软件替换轴加工方法研究

摘要 数控CAM软件及其可以进行的编程和操作,是完成数控加工任务、确保加工精度的核心所在。对于轴类零件和回转件,数控CAM软件可以提供多种方法,其中替换轴方法最为常用。该文主要针对数控CAM软件中替换轴的加工方法进行研究。以1个回转体的替换轴加工为研究案例,其上有6个通孔的加工任务,6个通孔之间按照对称关系均匀排布。在CAM软件中给出详细的操作流程,分别以X轴为旋转轴、以Y轴为旋转轴2种方式进行加工,给出具体的操作指令和执行步骤。对CAM软件中的替换轴加工原理进行分析,并给出2种解决欠切加工的策略。 NC CAM software and its programming and operation are the core of accomplishing NC machining tasks and ensuring machining accuracy.For shaft parts and rotary parts,NC CAM software can provide a variety of methods,among which the method of replacing shaft is the most commonly used.This paper mainly studies the machining method of replacing shaft in NC CAM software.Taking the machining of the replacement shaft of a rotary body as a case study,there are six through-hole machining tasks,and the six through-holes are uniformly arranged according to the symmetrical relationship.The detailed operation flow is given in the CAM software,which takes the X axis as the rotation axis and the Y axis as the rotation axis,and gives the specific operation instructions and execution steps.The machining principle of replacement shaft in CAM software is analyzed,and two strategies to solve undercutting machining are given.
