摘要
传统地籍测绘效率低、外业工作量大、入户调查难,针对这些问题,作者在分析目前已有的测绘新技术后,提出将倾斜摄影测量技术应用于地籍测绘。首先介绍倾斜摄影技术,然后以实际项目为例,对其中关键技术进行深入分析,最后对地籍成果精度进行检测。得出采用倾斜摄影技术,可生产符合地籍二级精度要求的地籍成果。该文的方案可以为农村房地一体项目地籍测绘提供借鉴。
The efficiency of traditional cadastral surveying and mapping is low,the workload of field work is large,and household investigation is difficult.In view of these problems,after analyzing the existing new surveying and mapping technologies,the author proposes to apply oblique photogrammetric technology to cadastral surveying and mapping.Firstly,the tilt photography technology is introduced,and then taking the actual project as an example,the key technologies are deeply analyzed,and finally the accuracy of cadastral results is tested.It is concluded that the use of oblique photography technology can produce cadastral results that meet the requirements of cadastral second-level precision,and the scheme of this paper can be used as a reference for cadastral surveying and mapping of rural real estate integration project.
