BIM技术在大型公共建筑施工中的应用研究

公共建筑的建造质量直接影响人们使用体验,因此,在施工中需要注重加强现代化技术的应用,为建筑的质量提供保证。BIM技术具备信息化、可视化等特点,可以对建筑施工过程提供数据支撑,为建造者准确把握建筑设计意图提供依据。该文对大型公共建筑功能复杂、系统繁琐、施工技术难度高、总承包任务重、需求变化频繁和后期运维要求高等重难点问题,从施工组织设计与实施等方面进行研究。提出相应的解决策略,具体包括临建布置、各专业图纸深化设计、施工方案模拟、进度计划模拟和工程量提取等方面的控制管理,体现出BIM技术在大型公建项目中的应用优势。

The construction quality of public buildings can directly affect people's feelings of use,therefore,in the construction,we need to pay attention to strengthen the application of modern technology to provide guarantee for the quality of the building.BIM technology has the characteristics of information and visualization,which can provide data support for the building construction process and provide a basis for builders to accurately grasp the architectural design intention.This paper studies the heavy and difficult problems of large-scale public buildings from the aspects of construction organization design and implementation from the aspects of complex function,tedious system,high technical difficulty of construction,heavy task of general contract,frequent changes of demand,and high requirements of later operation and maintenance.The corresponding solution strategies are put forward,including temporary construction layout,deepening design of various professional drawings,construction scheme simulation,schedule simulation,project quantity extraction and other aspects of control and management,reflecting the application advantages of BIM technology in large-scale public construction projects.
