新时代省属高校教育服务乡村振兴的路径研究

Research on the Path of Provincial Universities Education Serving Rural Revitalization in the New Era

随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,乡村振兴对省属高校教育的发展提出了新课题和新使命。基于此,课题组以新时代为背景,采取调查法、访谈法等一系列研究方法,以乡村振兴的五大总要求为出发点,探索省属高校与地方乡村振兴之间的逻辑旨归,从高校育人体系、价值理念、结构设置、人才培养等八个方面分析了省属高校教育服务乡村振兴的可行性路径。结果表明,省属高校服务乡村振兴是完善当代治理结构的新局之策和实现全体人民共同富裕的必然选择,有利于建设现代化经济体系,建成富强民主文明和谐美丽的中国,同时为省属高校真正培育一支懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的卓越人才队伍提供了新思路、新途径,为我国乡村振兴的实现提供了一些行之有效的参考。

With the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,rural revitalization has put forward new topics and missions for the development of provincial universities education.Based on this,the research group takes the new era as the background,adopts a series of research methods such as survey and interview,and takes the five general requirements of rural revitalization as the starting point to explore the logical purpose between provincial universities and local rural revitalization.It analyzes the feasible path of provincial universities education serving rural revitalization from eight aspects:education system,value concepts,structural settings,and talent cultivation,etc.The results indicate that provincial universities serving rural revitalization is a new strategy to improve contemporary governance structure and an inevitable choice to achieve common prosperity for all people.It is conducive to building a modern economic system and building a prosperous,democratic,civilized,harmonious,and beautiful China.At the same time,it provides new ideas and ways for provincial universities to truly cultivate an outstanding talent team that understands agriculture,loves rural areas and farmers.This provides some effective references for the realization of rural revitalization in China.
