摘要
地铁车站空调系统可采用近期、远期设备分期配置与实施的方案,但有必要考虑空调负荷高于近期负荷的年份的影响,从全寿命周期的角度对分期配置与实施方案的经济性进行定量分析。通过建模计算,对比了地铁车站空调设备分期配置与实施方案和传统方案全寿命周期内的费用。结果表明:对于夏热冬暖地区的典型车站,只要空调负荷高于近期负荷的年份超过8 a,分期配置与实施方案的经济性就更优;当空调负荷高于近期负荷的年份超过16 a时,分期配置与实施方案的总费用为417.9万元,比传统方案节约了115.9万元,节约比例为21.7%。
The scheme of short-term and long-term equipment staged configuration and implementation can be adopted in the air conditioning system of subway station,but it is necessary to consider the influence of the years when the air conditioning load is higher than the short-term load,and quantitatively analyse the economy of the staged configuration and implementation scheme from the perspective of the whole life cycle.Through modeling and calculation,this study compares the whole life cycle costs between the staged configuration and implementation scheme and the traditional scheme of the air conditioning system in the subway station.The results show that for typical stations in hot summer and warm winter zone,as long as the long-term arrival time exceeds 8 years,the economy of the staged configuration and implementation scheme is better.When the long-term arrival time exceeds 16 years,the total cost of the staged configuration and implementation scheme is 4.179 million yuan,which is 1.159 million yuan less than that of the traditional scheme,and the saving ratio is 21.7%.
