长输管道阴极保护电流流失解决措施研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 目前阴极保护配合外防腐层是长输管道腐蚀控制的主要方式,但阴极保护效果受多因素影响,管道运行过程中会发生阴极保护电位异常波动的现象。本文根据南疆利民管网运行数据,分析得出其保护电位异常的主要原因为阀室阴极保护电流流失,通过现场加装两种排流装置,将实际应用效果进行对比。实验结果证明,固态去耦合器直流隔离性能更好,更适用于解决阴极保护电流流失的情况。 At present,cathodic protection combined with external anti-corrosion coating is the main way to control the corrosion of long-distance pipelines,but the effect of cathodic protection is affected by many factors,and abnormal fluctuation of cathodic protection potential will occur during the operation of pipelines.According to the operation data of Limin pipe network in southern Xinjiang,this paper analyzes that the main reason of abnormal protection potential is the loss of cathodic protection current in valve chamber.By installing two drainage devices on site,the practical application effects are compared.The experimental results show that the solid-state decoupler has better DC isolation performance and is more suitable for solving the situation of cathodic protection current loss.
