摘要
某厂的催化裂化装置在进行探伤检查时,发现该装置烟气管道焊缝处有裂纹存在,通过采取宏观观察、材质分析、金相显微组织分析、电镜及能谱分析等手段,综合分析认为烟气管道焊缝处发生开裂的主要原因是连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂。发生连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂主要是介质、材料和应力等多方面因素协同作用的结果。
Catalytic cracking unit at a factory in the examination of the inspection,found that the device of flue gas pipeline weld crack exists,by adopting macroscopic observation,material analysis,metallographic microstructure analysis,electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,comprehensive analysis think flue gas pipeline welds occur crack even more sulfuric acid is the major cause of the stress corrosion cracking.Stress corrosion cracking of polysulphuric acid is mainly the result of the synergistic action of media,material and stress.
