摘要
本文利用聚琥珀酰亚胺在氢氧化钠水溶液中碱解制得聚天门冬氨酸;再通过氧化淀粉糊化后形成的多羟基化合物与聚天门冬氨酸中的羟基、羧基形成交联进行接枝,形成氧化淀粉接枝聚天门冬氨酸型阻垢剂。在天冬氨酸(PASP)与氧化淀粉(OS)的质量比为2:1进行接枝反应时所制得阻垢剂的阻垢性能最佳,在100ppm使用浓度以内时超过同等浓度下的聚天冬氨酸阻垢剂。
In this paper,polyaspartic acid was prepared by alkaline hydrolysis of polysuccinimide in aqueous sodium hydroxide solution;Then,the polyhydroxy compound formed after the gelatinization of oxidized starch forms cross-linking with the hydroxyl and carboxyl groups in polyaspartic acid for grafting to form oxidized starch grafted polyaspartic acid scale inhibitor;When the mass ratio of aspartic acid(PASP)and oxidized starch(OS)is grafted at 2:1,the antiscalant performance of the antiscalant is the best,and when the concentration is within 100ppm,it exceeds that at the same concentration.
