持续交流干扰下断电电位测量时间点及准确性分析

摘要 通过试片断电法对处于强交流干扰下某天然气管道和实验室内模拟无交流干扰下管道的保护电位进行测量,以分析最佳保护电位测量时间点。测试分析结果表明:在没有交流干扰的情况下,试片断电电位最佳读取时间为断电后50~100ms,在存在交流干扰的情况下,试片断电后交流干扰电流在200ms后基本消失,想要获得准确的保护电位,可以在30~50ms这段时间抑制试片去极化衰减过程,也可在50~200ms这个时间范围内将交流干扰的影响剥离剔除。相比而言,后者更加具可实现性,关于如何剔除掉这段时间内交流干扰的影响以获得真实的保护电位,需要广大研究者们共同关注和研究。 The protection potential of a natural gas pipeline under strong AC interference and a simulated pipeline without AC interference in the laboratory are measured by the test piece poweroff method to analyze the optimal protection potential measurement time point.The test and analysis results show that:in the absence of AC interference,the optimal reading time of the power-off potential is 50~100mS after power-off.In the case of AC interference,the AC-interference current basically disappears after 200mS after the test piece is powered off.To obtain a true protection potential,the test plate depolarization attenuation process can be inhibited during the period of 30~50mS,or the effects of AC interference can be stripped and eliminated within the 50~200mS time range.In contrast,the latter is more achievable,and the researchers need to pay close attention and study on how to eliminate the effects of AC interference during this time to obtain a true protection potential.
