摘要
采用化学成分分析、金相检查、扫描电子显微镜等分析手段对某化工厂生化厌氧装置的304不锈钢沼气循环管线腐蚀失效进行了分析。结果表明:循环气含水汽,在一定条件下凝聚在管道低点管腹部位,厌氧系统中的微生物随气相流窜至积液处滋生繁殖,导致304不锈钢管道发生微生物腐蚀,最终造成管道局部点蚀失效。
Chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and scanning electron microscopy were used to investigate the corrosion of 304SS bgasbiogas circulating pipe in a biochemical anaerobic system.The results show that water condensate formed and accumulated at the lower bottom point of piping due to biogas containing some amount of water,anaerobic microorganisms widespread in the system colonized in the accumulated liquid which resulted in pitting corrosion failure of the 304SS pipe.
