摘要
某换流站变压器油色谱在线监测装置输油管道发生腐蚀,通过对腐蚀区域剖管取样,开展了宏观形貌、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)和离子色谱(IC)等方面的分析,得出其腐蚀原因为氯离子点蚀,通过模拟试验证明了氯元素来源于PVC胶粘剂,并提出了相应的防范措施。
The oil pipeline of the transformer oil chromatogram online monitoring device in a converter station was corroded.Through the pipe section sampling of the corroded area,the macroscopic inspection,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and ion chromatography(IC)were carried out,and the corrosion reason was found to be chloride ion pitting corrosion.Through the simulation test,it was proved that the chlorine element originated from PVC adhesive,and the corresponding preventive measures were proposed.
