陈独秀对日语词汇的接受——以《新青年》(1915-1926)为研究文本

Chen Duxiu’s Acceptance of Japanese Vocabulary--Taking New Youth(1915-1926)as Research Text

以陈独秀在《新青年》发表的文章为研究文本,全面抽取陈独秀所用的二字、三字、四字词,运用文献调查、数理统计等方法,调查各类词的词源及分析三、四字词的结构,从而弄清陈独秀的用词特点,明确其在近代汉语词汇发展史上发挥的作用,细化中日近代词汇交流史的轨迹。研究发现:陈独秀使用的新二字日语借词已经减少,而新三字、四字日语借词较前期有大幅增加,且出现大量同语素自造三字、四字汉语词,以此可见陈独秀对日语借词积极接受的态度,以及他的积极造词对汉语词汇的发展所做出的贡献。

Taking Chen Duxiu’s articles published in New Youth as the research text,this paper comprehensively extracts the two character,three character and four character words used by Chen Duxiu,investigates the etymology of various words and analyzes the structure of three and four character words by using the methods of literature investigation and mathematical statistics,so as to clarify the characteristics of the words chosen and the roles they played in the development of modern Chinese vocabulary,and refine the trajectory of modern vocabulary exchange between China and Japan.It is found that the number of the new two character Japanese loanwords used decreased,while the new three character and four character Japanese loanwords increased significantly compared with the previous period.And a large number of self-made three character and four character Chinese words with the same morpheme emerged.It shows clearly that Chen Duxiu’s positive attitude towards Japanese loanwords and his positive contribution to the development of Chinese vocabulary.
