中西医结合治疗复发性流产肾虚血瘀型临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗复发性流产肾虚血瘀型的临床疗效。方法:60例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各30例。两组均给予地屈孕酮片、黄体酮胶囊治疗,免疫力低下者联合低分子肝素治疗。治疗组加用寿胎丸加减。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后阴道出血、腰腹疼痛、神疲肢倦、头晕耳鸣等中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组下降程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组性激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组妊娠成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗复发性流产肾虚血瘀型疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of recurrent abortion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with dydrogesterone tablets and progesterone capsules.immunocompromised patients were treated with low molecular weight heparin in combination and the treatment group were treated with modified Shoutai Pills in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as vaginal bleeding,lumbar and abdominal pain,mental fatigue and limb tiredness,dizziness and tinnitus decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of sex hormones in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of pregnancy in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type is better.
