复方丹参片联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死临床研究

目的:观察复方丹参片联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的效果。方法:120例根据简单随机盲选法分成研究组和对照组各60例,两组均用阿司匹林治疗,研究组加用复方丹参片治疗。结果:治疗4d后两组cTnI、MHB、CK、CK-MB、tPA、EMP、ET-1、SPAP均下降,且研究组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组NO、Hr、CO均提高,且研究组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MACE发生率研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方丹参片联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死效果较好,且安全。

Objective:To observe the effect of Compound Danshen Tablets combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:A total of 120 cases were divided into the study group and the control group according to the simple random blind selection method,60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with aspirin,and the study group were treated with Compound Danshen Tablets in addition.Results:After 4 days of treatment,cTnI,MHB,CK,CK-MB,tPA,EMP,ET-1 and SPAP in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of NO,Hr and CO in the two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of MACE in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound Danshen Tablets combined with aspirin is effective and safe in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.
