摘要
推动文科教育创新发展是新文科建设的使命和要求。教育学的发展既受到政策变动、社会观念、就业市场等外部因素的影响,也面临培养目标趋同、课程设置单一、教材陈旧等内部困境。新文科建设对教育学的发展与变革提出了新要求,这些要求为教育学学科走出困境提供了新的变革思路:一是要革新教育学专业的发展理念;二是要改革教育学专业的培养目标;三是要改革教育学专业的培养模式;四是要改革教育学专业的课程设置。
Promoting the innovative development of liberal arts education is the mission and requirement of new liberal arts construction.The development of pedagogy is not only confronted with external impacts from policy changes,social concepts,employment market,but also faced with internal difficulties such as the convergence of training objectives,single curriculum,outdated textbooks and so on.The construction of new liberal arts has put forward new requirements for the development and reform of pedagogy.These requirements provide new ideas for the reform of pedagogy.The first is to reform the development concept of pedagogy.The second is to change the cultivating goal of pedagogy.The third is to reform the cultivating model of pedagogy.The fourth is to reform the curriculum of pedagogy.
