摘要
文章以海南H大学2022届旅游管理专业本科毕业生为研究对象,运用问卷调查法,围绕个体内部特征影响、外部环境影响两个主要方面,紧扣个人兴趣、性格匹配、专业认同、主观期待、实习经历、亲友评价、社会舆论、行业声望、疫情影响九个维度,分析探究影响毕业生就业意向的主要因素,以及样本人群受影响的差异表现,以期为学校及相关旅游部门落实学生就业问题、提升学生业内就地就业意愿提供借鉴。
Taking the 2022 undergraduates majoring in tourism management of Hainan H University as the re⁃search object,using the questionnaire survey method,focusing on the two main aspects of the influence of indi⁃vidual internal characteristics and the influence of external environment,and closely related to personal interests,personality matching,specialty identity,subjective expectations,internship experience,comments from relatives and friends,public opinion,industry reputation,and the impact of the epidemic,this paper analyzes and explores the main factors affecting the employment intention of graduates,as well as the differences in the impact of the sample population,with a view to providing reference for schools and related tourism departments to implement the work of student employment and improve graduates’willingness of employment in the local tourism industry.
