现代产业学院赋能高职院校工学一体化人才培养的实践路径研究

Research on the Practical Path of Modern Industrial Colleges to Empower Work-Study Integration Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

为推动产业学院和工学一体教学手段的有效耦合,通过分析基于现代产业学院工学一体化人才培养的内在价值,从校企协同育人与创新平台、知识的协同生产与转换、师资队伍建设、教学模式等方面研究现代产业学院建设背景下工学一体化人才培养的路径,并从岗位动态监测、人才培养方案优化、课程体系调整、教学监督与质量诊断等方面初步探讨工学一体化人才培养路径优化的方法,不仅为高职院校高素质技术技能人才的精准培养模式提供了借鉴,也为现代产业学院的建设提供了重要参考。

In order to promote the effective coupling of industrial colleges and work-study integration teaching methods,this paper analyzes the intrinsic value of work-study integration talent training based on modern indus⁃trial colleges,and studies the path of work-study integration talent training under the background of modern in⁃dustrial college construction from the aspects of school-enterprise collaborative education and innovation plat⁃form,teacher team construction,collaborative production and transformation of knowledge,and teaching mode.It also discusses the methods of optimizing the path of work-study integration talent training from the aspects of post dynamic monitoring,talent training program optimization,curriculum system adjustment,teaching supervision and quality diagnosis,which not only provides a reference for the precise training mode of high-quality technical and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,but also provides an important reference for the construction of modern industrial colleges.
