中医三联疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病湿热瘀结型临床研究

目的:观察中医三联疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病湿热瘀结型的疗效。方法:80例按照随机数字表法分为两组各40例,对照组口服康妇炎胶囊,治疗组用中药保留灌肠、中药熏蒸、中药外敷三联疗法。结果:综合疗效总有效率治疗组95.0%,对照组77.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率92.5%,对照组72.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组局部体征疗效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组下腹疼痛、腰骶胀痛、带下量多及色黄质稠等积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医三联疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病湿热瘀结型疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of triple therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and blood stasis type.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Kangfuyan Capsule,while the treatment group were treated with triple therapy of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,fumigation and external application of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The total effective rate of comprehensive therapeutic effect was 95.0%in the treatment group while that was 77.5%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 92.5%while that in the control group was 72.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of local signs in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral distending pain,excessive leucorrhea and yellow consistency in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The triple therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease with damp heat and blood stasis type.
