扶正托透解毒方治疗新冠病毒奥密克戎变异株感染核酸长时间阳性临床观察

目的:观察扶正托透解毒方治疗新冠病毒奥密克戎变异株感染核酸长时间阳性的临床疗效。方法:83例采用随机数字表法分为试验组42例,对照组41例。两组均用中药基础治疗,对照组继续用原处方中药治疗,试验组停用原处方改用扶正托透解毒方治疗。结果:两组治疗前后中医证候疗效量表主要症状、次要症状及总得分组内治疗前后、组间治疗后比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。咳嗽、咽痛、乏力症状得分组内治疗前后、组间治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。咯痰症状得分治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。鼻塞症状得分对照组组内治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);嗅觉减退、味觉减退、肌痛、腹泻症状得分组内治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),组间治疗后比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中医证候总有效率比较试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组最后1次核酸平均转阴时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正托透解毒方能够缩短新冠病毒奥密克戎变异株感染核酸长时间阳性核酸转阴时间,改善咳嗽、咽痛、乏力症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Tuotou Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of long-term positive nucleic acid infection of novel coronavirus Omicron variant strain.Methods:Eighty-three cases were randomly divided into the experimental group(42 cases)and the control group(41 cases).Both groups were treated with basic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group continued to use the original prescription of traditional Chinese medicine treatment while the experimental group stopped using the original prescription to use Fuzheng Tuotou Jiedu Decoction.Results:The main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total scores of TCM syndrome efficacy scale before and after treatment in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms of cough,sore throat and fatigue were significantly different before and after treatment in the group and after treatment between the groups(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the score of expectoration symptom before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in nasal congestion symptom score before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average negative conversion time of the last nucleic acid in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Tuotou Jiedu Decoction could shorten the time of longterm positive nucleic acid negative conversion of novel coronavirus Omicron variant infection,and improve the symptoms of cough,sore throat and fatigue.
