益气化痰活血方联合噻托溴铵治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察

目的:观察益气化痰活血方联合噻托溴铵治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法:80例随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组用噻托溴铵治疗,观察组用益气化痰活血方联合噻托溴铵治疗。结果:治疗后两组肺功能指标均提高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。血清炎性因子指标均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组急性发作次数、住院次数、持续时间均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气化痰活血方联合噻托溴铵治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病可提高疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Decoction combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with tiotropium bromide,while the observation group were treated with Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Decoction combined with tiotropium bromide.Results:After treatment,the lung function indexes of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of serum inflammatory factors decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of acute attacks,the number of hospitalizations,and the duration of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Decoction combined with tiotropium bromide could improve the curative effect in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
