张力牵引针刺法治疗贝尔面瘫临床研究

目的:观察张力牵引针刺法治疗贝尔面瘫的临床疗效。方法:40例随机分为对照组和试验组各20例,对照组用普通针刺方法,试验组用张力牵引针刺法。结果:治疗2个疗程总有效率对照组60%,试验组90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4个疗程总有效率对照组90%,试验组治疗2个疗程总有效率相当,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗2个疗程和4个疗程后Portmann评分改善明显(P<0.05)。试验组治疗2个疗程后Portmann评分改善优于对照组治疗2个疗程(P<0.05)。试验组治疗2个疗程后Portmann评分与对照组治疗4个疗程后Portmann评分无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:张力牵引针刺法治疗贝尔面瘫能在更短时间内改善临床症状并提高疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tension traction acupuncture in the treatment of Bell‘s palsy.Methods:Forty cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,20 cases in each group.The control group were treated with ordinary acupuncture method,while the experimental group were treated with tension traction acupuncture method.Results:The total effective rate was 60%in the control group and 90%in the experimental group after 2 courses of treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Portmann scores of the two groups were significantly improved after 2 courses and 4 courses of treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of Portmann score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group after 2 courses of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Portmann score between the experimental group after 2 courses of treatment and the control group after 4 courses of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tension traction acupuncture could improve the clinical symptoms and improve the curative effect in a shorter time in the treatment of Bell‘s palsy.
