叙事医学研究热点的文献计量学研究及可视化分析

Bibliometrics research and visual analysis of hot spots in narrative medicine

目的系统梳理叙事医学相关研究现状及热点,为后续研究提供思路和参考。方法检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中建库至2023年3月7日发表的文献。对文献进行筛选,采用NoteExpress软件管理题录信息,提取发表时间、作者、作者单位、关键词等信息并进行预处理,使用VOSviewer软件对作者、作者单位、关键词进行共现和聚类分析,构建关键词时间叠加网络并对其进行可视化分析。结果初检索文献6212篇,最终纳入927篇文献,文献作者包括杨晓霖、郭莉萍、王昊等1867位作者,作者来自北京大学、中国中医科学院、南方医科大学等504家单位,包含关键词1080个,共出现2999次,围绕教育教学、护理、中医药形成3个研究热点领域,人文素养、叙事素养、共情、焦虑、抑郁、老年、自我效能感、病耻感等为近3年的研究热点。结论近10年叙事医学相关研究持续增加,围绕教育教学、护理、中医药形成3个主要研究领域,医者自身素养、患者情绪等方向受到近期研究的关注,有可能成为后续研究的热点。

Objective To summarize the research status and hot spots of narrative medicine;To provide ideas and methods for the follow-up research of narrative medicine.Method Related articles about narrative medicine were retrieved from CNKI,VIP Database,Wanfang Database and China Bio-medical Literature Database from the establishment of the databases to March 7,2023.The publication time,author,author unit and key words were collected and extracted.VOSviewer was used to conduct keyword co-occurrence research,perform cluster analysis and construct keyword time superposition network.Result A total of 6212 articles were retrieved.After screening,927 articles were finally involved,including 1867 authors,such as Yang Xiaolin,Guo Liping,Wang Hao.They were from 504 units,such as Peking University,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Southern Medical University.The included articles contained 1080 keywords,which appeared 2999 times,3 hot research fields have been formed around:education and teaching,nursing,traditional Chinese medicine.Recent years the hot spots of narrative medicine were scattered,humanistic literacy,narrative literacy,empathy,anxiety,depression,the elderly,self-efficacy,stigma in recent 3 years.Conclusion In the past 10 years,the research on narrative medicine has developed rapidly.The research of narrative medicine mainly focus on the education and teaching,nursing,traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,the research on physician’s own accomplishment and the patient’s emotion possibly become new hot spots of this decoction.
