摘要 叙事能力培养最有效的两个工具是细读和写作,本文重点阐述了笔者在叙事医学英语影像读写课程授课过程中对反思性写作与创意写作的实践探索,采取多模式的写作任务设置,包括患者疾病叙事文本续写、话题反思性写作、关于生死话题的认知性写作和有关医学伦理临床案例的批判性写作,概括了反思性写作和创意写作教学实践对叙事医学教育的作用,提高了医学生的叙事素养,促进了医学生叙事意识的培养,有利于医学生叙事智慧的提升。 The most effective tools for developing narrative competence are close reading and writing.This essay focuses on the author’s practical exploration and research of reflective writing and creative writing in the video-based English course of narrative medicine.A multi-mode task setting is adopted,including writing a sequel to a patient’s story,reflective expression on a certain topic,cognitive writing on topics of life and death,and critical writing on clinical cases of medical ethics.The effects of reflective writing and creative writing in narrative medical education are summarized.It strengthens the training of narrative literacy of medical students,promotes the cultivation of their narrative consciousness,and is conducive to the construction o f their narrative wisdom.
