系统性红斑狼疮患者家庭抗逆力现状、影响因素及其对策

Current situations and influencing factors of family resilience of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者家庭抗逆力水平现状、影响因素及其相应对策。方法选择2020年1月至2021年12月于本院就诊的167例SLE患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和其他相关工具调查患者或其照顾者的人口学资料、社会学资料及临床特征资料,采用家庭抗逆力量表评估患者家庭抗逆力水平,分析SLE患者家庭抗逆力现状及其影响因素。结果SLE患者家庭抗逆力总分为(119.84±20.80)分,处中等水平。多重线性回归分析显示,高家庭月均收入、高照护者心理弹性评分、高照护者社会支持评分、患者高疾病活动指数评分、高照护负担评分是SLE患者家庭抗逆力水平的影响因素(均P<0.05),共同解释其75.40%的变异。结论SLE患者家庭抗逆力处于中等水平,在SLE患者干预过程中加强对患者疾病活动度、家庭月均收入、照护者心理状态、支持度及照护负担的关注,以提高患者家庭抗逆力。

Objective To explore the current situation of family resilience and its influencing factors in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods A total of 167 SLE patients who visited our hospital for medical consultation and treatment from January 2020 to December 2021 were enrolled in the study.A general information questionnaire and other relevant investigation instruments were used to investigate demographic data,sociological data,and clinical features of the participants and/or their caregivers.The family resilience scale was used to assess their family resilience and explore the influencing factors.Results The total score of family resilience of SLE patients was(119.84±20.80),which was at a moderate level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that high monthly family income,caregivers'high psychological resilience score,caregivers'high social support score,patients'high disease activity index score,and high care burden score were the influencing factors of their family resilience(all P<0.05),totally explaining 75.40%its variance.Conclusions The family resilience of SLE patients is at the medium level.More attention should be paid to the disease activity,family income,caregivers'psychological state,support degree,and care burden in the intervention process of SLE patients,in order to improve their family resilience.
