摘要
基于2014—2020年30个省份(直辖市、自治区)的面板数据,采用全局主成分分析方法和动态DEA-Malmquist指数方法测算全国数字农业全要素生产率及分解效率,运用泰尔指数方法分析全要素生产率的区域之间的差异。结果表明:我国数字农业全要素生产率整体上呈下降趋势,其中数字农业技术效率和技术进步率共同阻碍其发展;我国数字农业区域之间发展不均衡,总体泰尔指数呈现出下降的趋势,区域间泰尔指数的贡献率高于区域内泰尔指数,区域间差异是造成数字农业发展不均衡的主要原因。因此,应推进技术革新、制定因地制宜的数字农业发展策略,促进区域内和区域间的协同发展。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)from 2014 to 2020,the global principal component analysis method and the dynamic DEA-Malmquist index method are used to measure the total factor productivity and decomposition efficiency of national digital agriculture,and the Theil index method is used to analyze the total factor productivity regional differences.The results show that the total factor productivity of my country's digital agriculture shows a downward trend as a whole,and the technical efficiency and technological progress rate jointly hinder its development;the development of my country's digital agriculture is unbalanced among regions,and the overall Theil index shows a downward trend.The contribution rate of the Theil index is higher than that of the regional Theil index,and the regional differences are the main reason for the uneven development of digital agriculture.Therefore,technological innovation should be promoted,digital agriculture development strategies tailored to local conditions should be formulated,and coordinated development within and between regions should be promoted.
