乡村振兴“她力量”:中国女性新型职业农民培育研究的现状及展望

Rural revitalization "Her Power":Current Status and Expectation of Studying Cultivation of Chinese New Female Vocational Farmer

目前学术界关于女性新型职业农民培育的研究在取得显著成绩的同时,也暴露出较多问题,主要体现在:研究方法虽然多元,但是运用理论分析尤其是运用女性理论分析的较少;研究数量虽然递增,但是较深入的研究特别是研究原因或制约因素的较少;研究领域虽然广泛,但是研究对象同质化现象严重。针对以上问题,应侧重女性理论的研究视角;开展大范围地区间的研究;防止研究对象同质化。

Currently,there are evident achievements in studying the cultivation of vocational female farmer but there are many problems.Specifically,although the study method is diverse the application of theory for analysis is rare,especially female theories.In addition,the studying quantity is rising but profound study is little,especially studying reason or restrictive factors.Whereas the field of study is wide,the homogenization of object of study is severe.Directing at the above problems,it should incline to study female theories and expand the range in varied regions so as to prevent homogenization of object of study.
