基于共同富裕视域下乡村振兴战略的实践进路

The Practical Approach of Rural Revitalization Strategy based on the Vision of Common Prosperity

作为实现中国式现代化的本质条件,共同富裕是新时代推进乡村振兴战略的关键路径与主要抓手。本文以“共同富裕”与“乡村振兴”两个理论为基础,结合现阶段我国乡村发展条件、政策机遇、内在动力等层面的态势深入探索共同富裕视域下推进乡村振兴战略的可行性与必要性,进而以此为基础从地区均衡发展、产业结构变革、农业创新发展、统筹市场主体与促进全面发展等层面探讨两个“平衡”、两个“关系”、两个“主体”与两个“富裕”的实践路径,以期能够推动新时代背景下我国的农业发展、农村建设与农民富裕。

As the essential condition for realizing Chinese-style modernization,common prosperity is the key path and main starting point for promoting rural revitalization strategy in the new era.Based on the two theories of"common prosperity"and"rural revitalization",this paper deeply explores the feasibility and necessity of promoting rural revitalization strategy from the perspective of common prosperity in combination with the current situation of rural development conditions,policy opportunities and internal dynamics in China.Then,based on this,we discuss the practical paths of two"balance",two"relationship",two"main body"and two"prosperity"from the aspects of balanced regional development,industrial structure reform,agricultural innovation development,overall planning of market entities and promoting all-round development,in order to promote China's agricultural development,rural construction and farmers'prosperity under the background of the new era.
