乡村振兴背景下农村养老问题研究

Research on Rural Pension Problems under the Background of Rural Revitalization-Taking Henan Province as an Example

乡村振兴战略的提出,既给河南农村养老问题带来了机遇也带来了挑战,解决好农村养老问题已经成为乡村振兴战略能否顺利实施的关键。因此本文从河南省农村养老现状出发,深入分析目前河南省农村养老出现的问题,并借鉴其他省份的先进经验,由此来提出完善河南省农村养老的对策和建议。

The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy has brought both opportunities and challenges to the rural pension problem in Henan province.Solving the rural pension problem has become the key to the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,starting from the current situation of rural pension in Henan Province,this paper deeply analyzes the current problems of rural pension in Henan Province,and draws lessons from the advanced experience of other provinces,and thus puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the rural pension in Henan Province.
