高职教育助力乡村振兴的实践探索与路径选择——以盐城市为例

The Practice Exploration and Path Choice of Higher Vocational Education to Help Rural Revitalization-Taking Yancheng City as an Example

党的二十大报告指出:“全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村”。农村要发展,乡村要振兴人才是关键,全面乡村振兴需要培养懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的“三农”工作队伍,以及政治过硬、本领过硬、作风过硬乡村振兴干部队伍。《国家职业教育改革方案》明确指出:“提高职业教育发展水平,服务乡村振兴战略,为广大农村培养以新型职业农民为主体的农村实用人才”。本文主要研究盐城市高职教育如何围绕乡村产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴、组织振兴方面培养人才,助力盐城乡村振兴。

The Report of the Party's 20th National Congress pointed out:"building the modern socialist country in an all-round way,the most arduous and onerous task is still in the countryside".To develop rural areas,rural revitalization is the key,and comprehensive rural revitalization needs to cultivate a team of officials working for rural areas,farmers,and farmers who understand agriculture,love rural areas and farmers,as well as a contingent of rural revitalization cadres with strong politics,skills and work style.The National Vocational Education Reform Plan clearly points out:"To improve the development level of vocational education,serve the rural revitalization strategy,and train practical rural talents with new professional farmers as the main body for the majority of rural areas".This paper mainly studies how Yancheng higher vocational education trains talents around rural industry revitalization,talentrevitalization,culturalrevitalization,ecologicalrevitalization,organizational revitalization,and help rural revitalization.
