摘要
加强城市生态韧性建设是提高城市生态安全、改善城市生态环境、增加生态效益、实现城市可持续发展的重要举措。为克服静态分析的局限性,结合三螺旋理论,采用压力-状态-响应(PSR)模型构建了包含16个评价指标的城市生态韧性成长力评价指标体系,并采用主成分分析法和熵值法确定指标综合权重,评估了2017—2020年中国31个城市的生态韧性成长力,进一步引入耦合度及耦合协调度对评估结果进行了分析。结果表明:除乌鲁木齐外其他省会城市的生态韧性成长力水平都呈现先上升后下降再平稳的趋势,城市生态韧性的总体水平螺旋上升;城市生态韧性成长力的耦合协调度呈先升后降、先降后升、不断上升3种情况,且多数城市生态韧性成长力耦合协调度符合先升后降的变化趋势。依据评价结果,为推进城市生态韧性建设提出对策建议。
Strengthening the construction of urban ecological resilience is an important measure to improveurban ecological security,improveurban ecological environment,increase ecological benefits,and realize urban sustainable development.In order to overcome the limitations of static analysis,combined with the triple helix theory,the pressure-state-response(PSR)model was used to construct an urban ecological resilience growth force evaluation index system containing 16 evaluation indexes.In addition,the main components analysis method and entropy method were used to determine the comprehensive weight of indicators,and the ecological resilience growth force of 31 majorcities in China from 2017 to 2020was evaluated.The coupling degree and coupling coordination degree were introduced to analyze the results.The results showed that except Urumqi,the growth capacity of ecological resilience of other provincial capitals showed a trend of increasing first,then decreasing and then stable,and the overall level of urban ecological resilience increased spirally.Moreover,the coupling coordination degree of urban ecological resilience growth force showed three situations:first rising and then falling,first falling and then rising,and constantly rising,and most cities'coupling coordination degree of ecological resilience growth force showed the trend of first rising and then falling.According to the evaluation results,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the construction of urban ecological resilience.
