长江和黄河流域生态效率时空差异及空间溢出效应比较

Comparison of spatial and temporal differences and spatial spillover effects of eco-efficiency in Yangze and Yellow River basins

摘要 通过构建反映综合整体环境质量与经济发展状况的生态效率评价指标体系,并应用超效率SBM模型,对长江和黄河流域182个城市生态效率进行测算评估,结合空间杜宾模型讨论两大流域生态效率的主要影响因素及其空间溢出效应。结果显示:2010—2020年,长江和黄河流域生态效率呈现波动的增长趋势,且两大流域生态效率都存在明显的区域内差异;产业结构、经济发展程度、科教强度对两大流域生态效率均有较为显著的空间外溢效应。提出促进技术创新、优化资源配置和产业结构等对策建议,以助力两大流域生态效率的协同发展。 By constructing an ecological efficiency evaluation system that reflects the overall environmental quality and economic development status,and applying the super efficiency SBM model,the ecological efficiency of 182 cities in the Yangtze and Yellow River basins was calculated and evaluated.Combining the spatial Durbin model,the main influencing factors and spatial spillover effects of ecological efficiency in two basins was discussed.The results show that during the study period,the ecological efficiency of the Yangtze and Yellow River basins showed a fluctuating growth trend,and there were significant regional differences in ecological efficiency in the two basins.Furthermore,it was found that industrial structure,economic development level,and scientific and educational intensity have significant spatial spillover effects on the ecological efficiency of the two basins.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions to promote technological innovation,optimize resource allocation,and optimize industrial structure were proposed,in order to assist in the coordinated development of ecological efficiency in the two basins.
