无花果叶多糖对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Ficus Carica L.leaf Polysaccharide on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance and Immune Function on Broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究无花果叶多糖(Ficus Carica L.leaf polysaccharide,FLP)对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能的影响。试验选取60只1日龄雌性肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,低、中、高剂量组分别在基础日粮中添加250 mg/kg、500 mg/kg和1000 mg/kg无花果叶多糖,试验期63 d。结果显示:低、中、高剂量组的屠宰率、腿肌率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);高、中剂量组胸肌率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);中、高剂量组的腹脂率显著降低(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组脾脏指数明显高于对照组,高剂量组法氏囊指数显著高于中、低剂量组和对照组(P<0.05);中、高剂量组血清中IL-4、TNF-α和INF-γ浓度都显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中、高剂量组脾脏脾小结增大、盲肠扁桃体生发中心数量增多。研究提示:FLP对肉鸡生长性能无显著影响,但能够改善屠宰性能,增强机体免疫功能,适宜的添加量为1000 mg/kg。 This study aimed to investigate the effects of leaf polysaccharide on growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of broilers.Sixty 1-day-age female broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 5 broilers per replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,while the low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 250 mg/kg,500 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg Ficus Carica L.leaf polysaccha⁃ride(FLP),respectively.The experiment lasted for 63 days.The results showed that the dressing percentage and leg muscle per⁃centage of low,medium and high-dose groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The breast muscle rate in high-dose and medium-dose group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The percentage of abdom⁃inal fat in medium and high-dose group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Spleen index in low,medium and high-dose groups was significantly higher than that in control group,bursa of Fabricius index in high-dose group was significantly higher than that in medium,low-dose group and the control group(P<0.05).Serum concentrations of IL-4,TNF-αand INF-γin medi⁃um and high-dose group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The splenic nodules in medium and highdose group were enlarged,and the number of germinal centers in cecal tonsil was increased.It was suggested that FLP had no sig⁃nificant effect on the growth performance of broilers,but could improve the slaughter performance and enhance the immune func⁃tion of broilers.The appropriate dosage was 1000 mg/kg.
