摘要
滑液囊支原体感染可引起鸡的滑膜炎、腱鞘炎、气囊炎、蛋壳尖端异常等,给家禽养殖造成严重的经济损失。随着免疫学和分子生物学技术的发展,相应的检测方法也在不断完善。文章从滑液囊支原体的分离鉴定、血清学和分子生物学方面对该病的检测方法进行综述,对各种方法的优缺点进行分析,为鸡滑液囊支原体感染的检测提供参考。
Mycoplasma synoviae can cause arthritis,tendinitis,air sacculitis and eggshell apex abnormality,causing consid⁃erable economic losses to poultry breeding.With the development of immunology and molecular biology technology,the corre⁃sponding detection methods are constantly improving.This paper reviewed the detection methods of the disease from the aspects of isolation and identification,serology and molecular biology of Mycoplasma synoviae,analyzed the advantages and disadvantag⁃es of various methods,which would provide a reference for the detection of Mycoplasma synoviae in chickens.
