鸭疫里默氏杆菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为确定江苏徐州地区某肉鸭养殖场发病原因,试验采集该鸭场病死鸭内脏器官进行常见病毒病的核酸检测、细菌的分离鉴定、血清型鉴定、半数致死量测定和药物敏感性试验,分析其致病力和耐药性。结果显示:鸭坦布苏病毒(DTMUV)等常见8种病毒检测核酸阴性;经过形态学观察、生化试验和PCR鉴定确定为鸭疫里默氏杆菌(Riemerella anatipestifer,RA),将其命名为FX04株;凝集试验显示为血清3型;FX04株对多黏菌素B和氟苯尼考敏感;FX04株半数致死量(LD50)为6.2×10^(6)cfu。结果表明,该鸭场发生了血清3型鸭疫里默氏杆菌感染,且对多种抗生素耐药且致病性较强,建议选用高敏药物进行治疗,并加强对血清3型RA的监测和防控。 In order to determine the pathogen which caused disease of one duck farm in Xuzhou of Jiangsu province,the in⁃ternal organs of diseased ducks were collected for detection nucleic acid of common viruses and isolation and identification of bac⁃teria,followed by glass agglutination,median lethal doses determination,and drugs sensitive experiment,for analysing the isolate of pathogenicity and drug resistance.The results showed that the detection of nucleic acids of eight common viruses induding duck Tembusu virus were negative.The isolate was Riemerella anatipestifer according to morphological observation,biochemical identification and PCR determination.The strain was named RA-FX04,which belonged to serotype 3.Drug sensitivity test showed that RA-FX04 strain was more sensitive to polymyxin B and florfenicol and its median lethal doses(LD50)were 6.2×10^(6)cfu.In con⁃clusion,the pathogen causing the disease was Riemerella anatipestifer serotype 3 which had strong pathogenicity and multiple an⁃tibiotic resistance.Some highly sensitive drugs for treatment were administrated,and it was necessory to strengthen the monitor⁃ing of RA serotype 3.
