摘要
埋地天然气管道腐蚀是影响天然气安全运输的主要因素之一,长期以来备受重视。本文采用COMSOL多物理场仿真软件,建立埋地天然气管道数学模型并进行数值模拟,研究土壤孔隙水饱和度对埋地天然气管道腐蚀速率的影响。结果表明:土壤孔隙水饱和度参数在0.65~0.7之间时管道外腐蚀速率最小,防腐效果最好,对我国天然气运输行业管道防腐,确保天然气安全运输具有重要意义。
The corrosion of buried natural gas pipeline is one of the main factors affecting the safe transportation of natural gas,which has been paid much attention for a long time.In this paper,COMSOL multi-physical field simulation software was used to establish the mathematical model of buried natural gas pipeline and conduct numerical simulation to study the influence of soil pore water saturation on the corrosion rate of buried natural gas pipeline.The results show that when the soil pore water saturation parameter is between 0.65 and 0.7,the corrosion rate outside the pipeline is the smallest,and the anticorrosion effect is the best,which is of great significance to the pipeline anti-corrosion of our country's natural gas transportation industry and to ensure the safety of natural gas transportation.
