摘要
为解决大型全容式LNG储罐穹顶混凝土施工中易出现结构内部空洞、施工冷缝、结构安全性、浇筑难以到达穹顶位置、水分易散失等施工难题。通过研究福建莆田、福建漳州、国家管网龙口项目储罐施工实际情况,总结变截面、大跨度穹顶混凝土施工方法;通过改进振捣工艺、采用免拆型收口网、持续保压、选择合理的浇筑条件和顺序、多设备“接力”配合使用等方法有效减少了混凝土的内部缺陷及浇筑问题,为大型全容式LNG储罐穹顶混凝土结构施工提供了良好的方法。
There are lots of problems in the dome concrete construction of the large-scale LNG storage tank,such as internal voids,concrete construction cold joints,difficulty in reaching the top position of the dome,easy loss of water in the hydration reaction.Some construction methods of the large-span dome with variable cross-section are summarized based on receiving station construction experience from Putian,Zhangzhou,and Longkou.The internal defects and pouring problems of concrete could be effectively reduced by improving the vibrating process,adopting the dismantling-free closing net,continuously maintaining pressure,selecting reasonable pouring conditions and sequences,and using multiple equipment relays.Technical supports could be provided by this paper for the following dome concrete construction of the large-scale LNG storage tank.
